I know what you are probably thinking - are there any more products undiscovered, any recipes left unwritten, are there really any Spanish travel stories untold?
These were questions that I also had when making the decision whether to share my experiences with you, and well, now you know the answer!

'A vegetarian and vegan cookbook from a French retreat kitchen'

Not specifically Spanish - but it does have a Spanish section! This book has been a labour of love taking over 2 years to complete. It features 98 pages, a potted history of Les Passeroses and each easy to follow recipe has a photo.
